Strap on your carrier and let's move and groove with our little ones! Each week we will learn a new routine and dance to a popular song, then we will socialize and build a strong community of powerful moms! This class runs for 6 weeks.

About the event
Don't worry, this is a relaxed class and no prior dance experience is necessary! In this program, our goal is to boost our mental health, move our bodies, and brighten our day with social interaction for both mom and baby!
Please bring your baby carrier, water bottle, baby blanket and either socks or clean, indoor running shoes.
